Privacy policy of Studiotech Poland Ltd

The rules mentioned below apply to the website (www.studiotech.pl) and the online store (sklep.studiotech.pl) from Studiotech Poland.

Studiotech Poland Sp. z o.o. collects user data of its websites users only in order to provide the full functionality of these sites. These data include the e-mail address (for newsletter subscriptions) or personal information such as user’s name , address, etc. (in the case of shopping in the online store). The information is used solely for the purpose of providing these services and is not shared with any third party. A user can always update the data electronically or by contacting the company employee (address and phone numbers can be found on the company website www.studiotech.pl). At any time he/she may also require the permanent removal of his/her data.

As the administrator of Studiotech Poland Sp. z o. o. processes your personal data for purposes related to our business and sending industry information, informing about seminars, lectures and open days.

You have the right to access the data and rectify, delete or limit processing, as well as the right to object, request the cessation of processing and transfer of data, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body of the President of the Office of Protection Personal Data.

  4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to continue cooperation with Studiotech Poland Sp. z o. o. If the data is not provided, it will not be possible to perform the contract or provide related services.

  5. The data provided by you will not be made available to third parties not related to Studiotech Poland Sp. z o. o. The recipients of the data will only be the contractors of Studiotech Poland Sp. z o. o. and institutions authorized by law for which access is necessary to perform the contract.

  6. The data provided by you will not be profiled.

  7. The data controller does not share data with other entities, unless additional arrangements have been made in this regard with you.

You also have the right to object to the processing of data on the basis of a legitimate interest for reasons justified by your particular situation.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data, if you feel that the processing of personal data by Studiotech Poland Sp. z o. o. violates the provisions of the Regulation.
